Following the placement of your order, items will be manufactured and typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. The delivery period is expected to be between 2-5 business days after the items are shipped. It’s worth noting that metal art production takes approximately 5-7 days additional time, but the shipping duration remains the same.

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

Jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days . Any personalized orders will add 2 more days for production time. In case there are alternative products or items available that were not specified when you placed your order prior to shipment, a customer service representative will contact you via email with the details of your order and an estimated delivery timeframe. Furthermore, for all standard orders, you will always receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam folder when looking for email notifications.

We ship all orders from our production factory in Florida. The estimated total time from the factory plus shipping time is as follows:

USA Standard (USPS): 3 to 8 days.

Canada Standard (DHL/DDP): 6 to 12 days.

Rest Of The World: 10 to 20 Days

These are the estimated total times, including processing and delivery times, from Monday to Friday. Sometimes, delivery times are extended due to Holidays or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal delivery problems.

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible.

All Metal Art items are final sale due to its a custom made product and won't be able to resell the item to other customers.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you return an item you are responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
